Aparna Rajeev
Clinical Psychologist (RCI licensed) | Psychotherapist | Mental health educator
Hi, I'm Aparna (she/ her), a Clinical Psychologist who believes therapy can be a soft landing - a space where you can show up as you are, no perfect words needed.
With several years of experience supporting people through anxiety, stress, relationships, and challenges, I've seen that healing is unique for everyone. Sometimes, simply being truly heard is the start of real transformation.
Let's talk
My approach
In our work together, I bring a grounded, collaborative approach. I draw from therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT and Gestalt therapy not as fixed formulas, but as flexible tools to support your journey. Whether you're looking to feel more like yourself again, make sense of something difficult, or simply want space to reflect, I meet you there.
Let's talkBeyond therapy
I've facilitated workshops on addiction, stress, and mental wellbeing for children, young adults, and healthcare professionals. Mentoring aspiring psychologists keeps me connected to growth and the evolving field of mental health. Outside therapy, I enjoy playing violin and watching movies. If you're seeking support, I'm here and would be honored to walk alongside you.
