To book a session, please fill out the contact form to help me understand your needs. In some cases, I may offer a brief 15-minute call to ensure a good fit. Before your first session, you'll receive a consent form and payment details. Once completed, your session will be scheduled.

Sessions last 45-60 minutes.

On an average, 6 to 10 sessions may be needed. The actual number of sessions varies and is tailored to your needs.

Payments should be made in advance via Google Pay or online banking. Details will be provided on request.

Please cancel at least 24 hours before your session. Otherwise, the session fee will not be refunded.

All sessions are held over Google Meet for your convenience and privacy.

Slots are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. They can be held for up to two days or longer upon special request. After that, slots will be made available to other clients.

This service is not for emergencies. In case of an emergency, please contact a psychiatrist or emergency services immediately.
